The communication team of Crescenzi & Co. prepared a digital marketing strategy for the French five-star hospitality company Accor. The solution offered was the creation of the Instagram account “The Chic Traveller”, a content hub where users could find information and travel tips, from places to visit to hotels to stay in.

The strategy aimed at promoting the premium Italian hotel of the French group: Sofitel, MGallery and Pullman. The KPIs set for the project allowed for the analysis and monitoring of the performance of the account.
